Ingredients:
3-4 Large Fresh Peaches
1/4 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c water
1 T corn starch
Instructions:
Peel and dice peaches into small pieces. Place butter into skillet along with sugar and peaches. Simmer for 7-10 min stirring constantly. Mix cornstarch and water on the side and pour mixture into simmering syrup. Let simmer for 1-2 more minutes. Let cool a little and it will thicken. Serve warm on pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
