Ingredients:
1 c heavy cream
1/4 c sugar
pinch salt
3 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 c milk
200 g 72% Ghirardelli Cacao bar
Instructions:
Combine cream, sugar, salt over medium heat in sauce pan. Stir constantly. Add salt, corn starch (mix with some milk for a slurry), cocoa powder and half the milk. Bring to boil. Add the remaining milk and chocolate bar pieces. Mix constantly with a whisk until it begins to thicken as it starts a slow boil. Remove from heat and serve with whipped cream.
