Ingredients:
Poppers
20-30 med size jalapenos
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz grated cheddar jack cheese
1 TBSP Sweet BBQ Rub
24 oz thin sliced bacon

Glaze
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c Sweet BBQ sauce
1/4 c water or apple juice
Instructions:
Mix 8 oz cream cheese, 8 oz grated cheddar jack, 1 tbsp favorite all purpose seasoning. I used DB180 Spicy Garlic. Then just split the jalapeños in half, take out the seeds and membranes, fill with mixture and wrap with thin bacon. Cook/smoke for about 60 minutes at 275 then glaze with sauce thinned with apple juice or water and let cook for additional 5 minutes.
