Ingredients:
6-8 potatoes, washed and cubed 1"
1/3 c olive oil
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 475. Wash and dice potatoes. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients and add potatoes last. Bake on 475 for 35 minutes in glass casserole dish.
