Ingredients:
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup softened margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2-3 Tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except milk in medium bowl.

Stir in milk and whip with beaters until smooth.
